Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
• Interact with potential customers using positive, high-energy engagement techniques.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate potential customers about Leaf Home products.
• Generate qualified leads for the local sales team.
• Capture event leads accurately using the company’s lead-generation system.
• Work toward and exceed lead targets and goals established by the Event Marketing Manager.
• Set up and tear down event materials and equipment.
• Work independently while keeping the Event Marketing Manager informed.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and engaging presence throughout events.
• Use the company’s proven system to generate qualified leads.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver's license.
• Smartphone capable of using the company timekeeping application and submitting leads.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for event setup and tear down.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
• Strong desire to educate potential customers about Leaf Home’s product line.
• High level of energy and engagement.
