Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate events, private parties, pop-ups, markets, and brand activations
• Work directly with clients, venues, vendors, and event partners
• Build event timelines, briefs, checklists, and run-of-show details
• Coordinate logistics including staffing, supplies, transportation, venue access, setup, and breakdown
• Attend client meetings, planning sessions, and venue walkthroughs
• Build relationships with hotels, resorts, event planners, concierge teams, tourism partners, and local businesses
• Scout new partnerships, collaborations, corporate opportunities, and community connections
• Represent Wild Pony at networking, hospitality, and promotional events
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and local brand initiatives
• Capture photos, short-form video, behind-the-scenes moments, and event content

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, events, hospitality, communications, promotions, customer service, community outreach, or sales is a plus—but we’re open to where you’ve gained that experience.
• Internships, campus organizations, student leadership, hospitality jobs, volunteer work, and creative projects all count.
• You’ll also bring:
