Responsibilities

• Prepare and send postcards, letters, newsletters, handwritten notes, and other direct-mail campaigns
• Build and manage CRM drip campaigns and client follow-up sequences
• Organize and maintain mailing lists and marketing databases
• Prepare client pop-bys, gifts, closing packages, and post-closing care packages
• Deliver pop-bys and marketing materials throughout the Orlando area
• Coordinate printing, postage, packaging, and mailing projects
• Assist with neighborhood farming and prospecting campaigns
• Help prepare materials for open houses, client events, and community events
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials, gifts, signs, supplies, and packaging
• Track marketing campaigns and client touches to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Requirements

• Must live in the Orlando, FL area
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable driving locally as part of the position
• Comfortable using computers, email, Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Real estate experience is not required
