Real Estate Assistant / Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office operations for real estate and mortgage activities
• Answer and return phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Schedule and confirm client and prospect appointments
• Maintain calendars and help coordinate meetings, property appointments, and events
• Prepare, organize, scan, print, and file documents
• Enter and update information in CRM and other databases
• Maintain accurate client, prospect, and contact records
• Follow up on outstanding documents and information
• Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
• Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email

Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Willing to occasionally travel locally for business activities
• Real estate or mortgage experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
• We are looking for someone who is Organized, resoursable, and detail-oriented; Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people; Professional and dependable; Comfortable making phone calls and following up with people; Comfortable using social media and technology; Creative and interested in creating video content; Able to learn new software and CRM systems quickly; Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or office administration
• Experience with a CRM or database management
• Social media marketing experience
• Experience creating video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
