Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media advisories.
  • Pitch stories and coordinate interviews with local and national media outlets.
  • Develop and manage LoopRoots + LoopTroop’s overall PR strategy and messaging calendar.
  • Collaborate with leadership, outreach, and marketing teams to align messaging across platforms.
  • Build and maintain a media contact list (journalists, podcasters, influencers).
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare press reports.
  • Assist with event publicity, launch campaigns, and crisis communication planning.
