Job Summary

Own the healthcare marketing function across service lines by shaping cross-line campaigns, strengthening referral networks, and coordinating external partnerships to drive patient volume and community impact.

  • Lead cross-service-line marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Coordinate referral relationships and physician liaison programs to grow the network.
  • Oversee vendor and campaign execution across digital, print, and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead Marketing Strategy across all service lines
  • Develop campaigns for screenings, preventions and growth initiatives
  • Track referral trends
  • Manage vendor, media, advertising, website, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Coordinate communication across clinical and specialty service lines
  • Manage physician liaison outreach and referral relationships
  • Coordinate provider visits, tours, and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with physicians, APP’s, executives, and operational leaders
  • Lead community outreach, sponsorships, and external partnerships
  • Coordinate internal events (UCBC Cares, Survivorship Picnic, Open House, Employee Appreciation)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, media and public relations or related field
  • Experience with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Design software skills such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Acrobat.
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
