Responsibilities

• Secure earned media placements across local news, lifestyle, travel, radio, and podcasts.
• Activate Texas-based influencers and creators to visit, experience, and feature properties.
• Pitch the FCCP brand story and family dynasty narrative to regional media and platforms.
• Generate buzz and drive attendance for signature events launching this summer at Bison Ranch.
• Coordinate with event planning to maximize pre-event publicity and post-event coverage.
• Collaborate with web and social teams to ensure on-brand, compelling public messaging.
• Build and maintain a growing media and influencer database specific to Texas.
• Represent FCCP and its properties professionally in media and partner interactions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in marketing, PR, or media relations; more time in Texas is better.
• Existing relationships with Texas-based media outlets, journalists, podcast hosts, influencers, and hospitality contacts.
• Track record of securing earned media coverage for brands, venues, events, or hospitality.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and coordinating across properties and departments.
• Self-starter mentality with initiative to generate results without direction.
• Long-term mindset; seeking a lasting relationship rather than a one-time gig.
