Responsibilities

• You'll lead a portfolio of ambitious B2B tech clients, helping them solve complex communications challenges with smart strategy, strong counsel and work that gets results.
• You'll set the direction for your accounts, lead your team with confidence, keep campaigns moving, grow client relationships and play a key role in winning new business.
• You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support of the team and the opportunity to influence how we continue to evolve as an agency.

Requirements

• Agency experience in B2B technology PR (this is essential).
• At least 1–2 years as an Account Director , leading accounts independently.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and managing complex client relationships.
• A track record of growing accounts, mentoring teams and delivering consistently excellent work.
• A strategic mindset backed up by strong execution.
