Responsibilities

• Earned media research and pitching
• Social media content development and reporting
• Influencer research and management
• Writing and editing for owned and earned media (e.g., news releases, bylined articles)
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client initiatives
• Manage internal assignment deadlines
• Assist team in preparing for upcoming client meetings and discovery sessions
• Work with team to prepare for new business presentations
• Conduct research to assist in marketing program development
• Manage reporting for clients (e.g., media coverage, social media performance, email marketing performance)

Requirements

• At least a Senior in a bachelor’s degree program in public relations, marketing, journalism, or communications (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-oriented and creative thinker
• Ability to independently manage several projects at one time and meet deadlines
• Ability to use (or learn) PR industry tools (e.g., Meltwater, TVEyes)
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed research, analysis, and execution.
