Job Summary

Own media narrative development for multiple clients by crafting pitches, coordinating coverage, and tracking outcomes across traditional and social channels.

  • Media relations ownership: draft pitches, press releases, media advisories, and coordinate journalist interviews.
  • Story discovery: research angles, monitor news cycles, and identify influencer collaborations.
  • Execution and reporting: manage timelines, client communications, event logistics, and press coverage dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and send pitches, press releases, and media advisories.
  • Build and maintain media lists tailored to client industries and target markets.
  • Coordinate interviews, press coverage, and follow-ups with journalists.
  • Follow the news cycle
  • Assist in developing and executing PR strategies and timelines.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare press reports for clients.
  • Research story angles, media opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Participate in client calls, take notes, and ensure deliverables are tracked.
  • Support influencer outreach and collaborations.
  • Help manage client communications in coordination with account leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-plus years of experience in a PR agency or similar environment, with a proven track record of successful media placements and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft stories that engage and inspire.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients, media, and influencers.
  • Drop-in of policy/finance?
  • Knowledge of public policy, politics, and finance is a plus.

Preferred

  • Hebrew fluency is an advantage, but not required.
