Job Description

Partner with Account Directors to develop and execute communications strategies aligned with client goals
Lead day-to-day management of key accounts, overseeing all ongoing PR activity, client communication, PR budget, and expenses, and team execution
Develop press materials, including press releases, pitches, media alerts, and briefs, and thought leadership content
Proactively pursue timely press opportunities, securing top-tier coverage across print, digital, broadcast, podcasts, and social media
Plan and execute PR campaigns, including media strategy, partnerships, and creative activations; ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met
Identify, negotiate, and manage brand collaborations and influencer relationships
Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members and interns, providing guidance on execution and professional growth
