Motus Marketing is a growing direct sales and marketing firm specializing in face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns inside major retail locations. We partner with well-known brands to create engaging in-store experiences that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term loyalty. We’re currently hiring Promotions Specialists who are outgoing, motivated, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.

About the Role

As a Promotions Specialist, you’ll represent major brands inside retail locations, working directly with customers to introduce products, answer questions, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role with hands-on training designed to develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers inside retail locations and build rapport
• Present product features, benefits, and promotional offers
• Help customers evaluate products and services based on their needs
• Develop skills in lead generation, objection handling, and sales closing
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of partnered brands
• Contribute to individual and team performance goals
