Job Summary

Own the end-to-end promotions program, coordinating with Marketing and Operations to plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel promotions including retail offers, social media activities, email targets, and prize-based campaigns, while monitoring entries, selecting winners, and delivering materials and analyses to sales and marketing teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the generation and maintenance of the overall promotions plan in concert with the Marketing teams.
  • Promotions may include retail terminal-based offers.
  • Promotions may include retail terminal-based discounts.
  • Promotions may include social media giveaways.
  • Promotions may include second chance scratch ticket promotions.
  • Promotions may include prize offers related to research surveys.
  • Promotions may include coupons.
  • Promotions may include targeted email offers.
  • Execute promotions in a timely fashion.
  • Writing official promotion rules in coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing, advertising, retail merchandising or project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience managing a retail business, servicing retail sales accounts, or marketing products to retail accounts, which includes advertising, marketing communications, product research, or promotion, may also be considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing strategies utilizing data insights.
  • Strong ability to manage timelines and details of multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Proficient in Office 365 products.
  • Some in-state travel required – approximately 5%.
