Responsibilities

• Build campaign specs and go-to-market briefs for each Udemy promotion, aligning creative, channel, and lifecycle teams around a single execution plan.
• Partner with Pricing and Commercial Policy teams on discount guardrails, eligibility rules, and cadence caps, translating policy into a calendar Marketing can run confidently.
• Lead monitoring and daily tracking of live promotions, and drive mid-course pivots when performance calls for it.
• Lead campaign forecasting, experimentation plans, post-campaign reporting and analysis with Data Science, sizing incrementality and using it to inform the next cycle's targeting and offer mix.
• Be accountable for overall campaign performance and ensure that overall user experience is consistent and in adherence with the campaign brief.
• Own the project management of the campaign from conception through completion, ensuring that creative, channel activation, user experience, and performance are aligned with the promotional campaign strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in promotions marketing, ideally at a subscription or marketplace consumer business.
• Demonstrated history of owning a promotional or campaign calendar end-to-end, from planning through execution to post-mortem.
• Experience partnering with Pricing, Commercial Policy/Legal, and Data Science teams to translate financial guardrails into a runnable marketing calendar and data into actionable insights.
• Experience with project management, including the ability to coordinate creative, channel, and regional stakeholders against firm dates.
• Background in reading and analyzing promotional performance data, with the ability to translate findings into changes for the next cycle.
• Experience running promotions across more than one brand or platform simultaneously.
