Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways, and special events.
• Support entertainment events, VIP functions, bus tours, and group activities.
• Assist with loyalty program promotions, kiosk campaigns, and free play offers.
• Manage event logistics, promotional materials, giveaways, and vendor coordination.
• Track promotional performance and prepare event recap reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support sponsorships, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain promotional calendars, records, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, gaming, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn casino marketing systems
• Ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment
