Drive promotions and events at MotorCity by coordinating execution, cross-functional collaboration, and budget/compliance tracking.

• Coordinate and support the execution of MotorCity promotions and special events from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent and timely communication of promotional activities.
• Assist in the development of promotional concepts, formats, and materials.
• Draft clear and accurate rules, regulations, and terms for promotions and events.
• Maintain and update promotional calendars, timelines, and project tracking tools.
• Monitor promotional budgets and expenses; assist with purchase orders, check requests, and financial documentation.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns regarding promotions in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all project deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in promotions, marketing, or a related field (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
