Job Description
Account Manager
Axiz Group is hiring a Key Account Manager to focus on player gifting and promotional programs. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding the client’s goals, and helping create thoughtful gift-driven promotions that drive player visits.
This is a relationship, people-first role—not high-pressure sales.
What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with marketing and promotions teams
- Lead thoughtful conversations to understand player demographics, budgets, and promotional goals
- Recommend creative, on-brand gift solutions that support casino campaigns
- Manage accounts end-to-end—from idea through execution
- Be the primary point of contact for repeat programs and long-term partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with people and building trust
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Confident, professional, creative and collaborative
- Background in account management, client services, hospitality, marketing, or sales is a plus
