Responsibilities

• Represent Credence Innovations' clients at live promotional events, pop-up activations, and retail locations throughout Indianapolis
• Engage members of the public face-to-face — starting genuine conversations and delivering compelling brand presentations
• Set up, manage, and break down event displays and branded materials professionally every shift
• Drive customer acquisition and hit daily and weekly event performance targets
• Track customer interactions, participation data, and event feedback accurately
• Collaborate with your team and leadership to continuously improve event strategy and results
• Grow into leadership — we promote based on performance, not seniority

Requirements

• A confident, outgoing communicator who thrives in a face-to-face public environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven — you show up ready to perform every shift
• Positive, coachable, and open to feedback and professional growth
• Organized and professional — you take pride in representing a brand well
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors at live events
• Reliable transportation recommended for local event travel throughout Oklahoma City
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• No prior event or promotional experience required — we train you completely
