Responsibilities

• Approach shoppers and start conversations
• Ask questions and see if they’re interested in remodeling
• Tell them a little about Shugarman’s Bath
• Answer basic questions
• Schedule appointments for our Design Consultants (MAIN GOAL)
• Keep the booth looking clean and welcoming
• This is NOT a sit-behind-the-table-and-wait-for-people-to-come-to-you job.
• You’ll be on your feet and interacting with shoppers throughout your shift.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the country.
• Previous Experience in retail sales, inside sales, outside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, hospitality sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role is a strong fit.
• Reliable transportation is required for this position.
• Approximately 30 hours per week across five shifts.
• Hours: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Weekends are required
• Plus 3 additional weekdays
• Specific weekday schedule will be determined based on business needs
