Responsibilities

• Turning contracts, scopes of work, proposals and strategic concepts into clear implementation plans.
• Building timelines, workbacks, deliverable trackers and project systems.
• Maintaining a master view of every commitment Hype Boss has made to each client.
• Following up relentlessly on outstanding deliverables, approvals, assets and decisions.
• Making sure deadlines are met and identifying problems before they become client problems.
• Running recurring client and internal implementation meetings.
• Preparing agendas, status reports, recaps and next-step documentation.
• Assigning responsibilities across internal teams, contractors, creators, talent and external partners.
• Maintaining clear communication between Hype Boss leadership and client teams.
• Managing multiple complex programs simultaneously without losing track of details.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience managing client accounts, programs or complex projects
• Experience working in an agency, media company, brand, startup or similarly fast-moving environment
• Strong account management and relationship management experience
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across organizations
• Multimedia marketing experience
• Strong presentation and pitch-deck skills
• Excellent written communication
• Advanced organizational and project-management skills
• Experience working directly with founders, executives or senior leadership

Preferred

• A working understanding of the residential real estate industry is a plus although not a requirement
• Experience with creator programs, talent management, sponsorships, media partnerships, events or experiential activations is especially valuable.
