Job Description

Responsibilities

manage and oversee projects across marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality, and alignment with client goals
coordinating cross-functional teams
managing project timelines and budgets
ensuring seamless client communication
resolving project-related issues to support successful outcomes

Requirements

Proficiency in Project Management, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines
Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
Experience with marketing strategies and campaign execution
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Understanding of client relationships and customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant certifications like PMP or similar credentials are advantageous
Must Haves: Experience in ClickUp
Must Haves: great communication skills
Must Haves: ability to be in our office in Chattanooga, TN full time
Must Haves: comfortable communicating with our clients via email, text and/or phone calls

Preferred

Familiarity with creative or advertising industry workflows is a plus
