About PHOS

PHOS is a strategic digital marketing agency on a mission to cultivate true flourishing in people and organizations while reflecting the love of Jesus to the world.

We’re an award-winning, purpose-driven company — and we’re looking for a full-time Project Manager to help us deliver excellent work, create clarity for clients and teams, and keep projects moving forward with warmth, precision, and ownership.

About the Role

As our Project Manager (PM), you will be a key bridge between our clients and internal teams. You’ll help lead projects from kickoff to completion, manage timelines and scopes of work, facilitate productive meetings, and ensure that every deliverable reflects PHOS’ standard of excellence.

You’ll be the steady voice clients hear throughout a project — creating clarity, building trust, anticipating roadblocks, and helping both clients and team members feel cared for and equipped.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout active projects
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members through consistent communication and follow-through
  • Synthesize client goals, feedback, and project requirements into clear next steps
  • Manage scopes of work, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability
  • Facilitate client meetings and ensure the PHOS team is prepared to present well
  • Perform quality assurance on deliverables before they are sent to clients
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to client satisfaction, project profitability, team health, and timeline delays
  • Manage vendor communication and help ensure the quality of contracted services
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline communication, and strengthen team efficiency
  • Help create “surprise and delight” moments that make clients feel deeply valued

What We’re Looking For

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience managing projects, timelines, client communication, or cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to create clarity, keep people aligned, and hold teams and clients accountable with warmth and confidence
  • A client-focused mindset with strong empathy, emotional steadiness, and ownership
  • Bonus: Familiarity with agency workflows, digital marketing, branding, web, or creative project management tools

Why PHOS?

  • Join a mission‑driven, collaborative team committed to doing meaningful work
  • Enjoy mission‑aligned benefits, learning opportunities, and a culture that cares
  • Hybrid schedule balancing flexibility and in‑person connection

Our Commitment

At PHOS, discrimination has no place. We aim to treat every person with dignity and respect, welcoming people of all backgrounds and ensuring fairness in every aspect of employment.

But their partnership with us also means they are helping us pursue a greater purpose: to launch 30 care centers for women and children impacted by extreme poverty and sex trafficking by 2030.
