Job Summary

Own the program-management backbone for museum marketing operations, turning multi-team initiatives into trackable work and translating data into clear stakeholder updates.

  • Project Tracking: maintain end-to-end visibility of campaigns, timelines, owners, and status across Marketing, Communications, and Design.
  • Asset & Systems Stewardship: manage marketing assets, metadata, and Airtable bases, ensuring approvals and timely access.

Job Description

  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of all marketing projects, including tasks, owners, deadlines, and status updates.
  • Flag delays, dependencies, and incomplete items to keep programs on schedule.
  • Coordinate timelines for large campaigns, ongoing promotions, and Design team schedules.
  • Capture notes and track action items to ensure follow-through.
  • Maintain internal marketing systems, databases, and shared folders with metadata and cataloging.
  • Assist with asset requests, approvals, and monitoring asset lifecycle.
  • Airtable management for Marketing, Communications & Design bases, including status updates and workflow improvements.
  • Draft and format marketing memos and assemble information for campaign materials.
  • Gather data and format findings for stakeholders.
