Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage livestream brand projects from planning to post-campaign evaluation
Coordinate with internal teams (Business Development, Operations, Creative, Technical, Hosts/Streamers)
Track and optimize livestream performance (GMV, conversion rates, traffic, content effectiveness)
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand clients

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, account management, or operations within eCommerce or livestream commerce
Knowledge of TikTok ecosystem and livestream workflows
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred

Chinese language proficiency is a plus; English proficiency highly valued
