Role Description

This part-time hybrid role of Project Manager is based in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain tasks. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate key projects, ensuring deadlines are met while aligning with client objectives. Daily responsibilities include scheduling, task management, monitoring logistics, facilitating communication with teams and clients, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and tracking project progress
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor coordination to ensure timely project delivery
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee supply chains and workflows
• Familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure quality assurance and standards are met
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office settings
• Experience in marketing or PR industries is a plus
