We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across our Creative and Web team. This role is responsible for ensuring work is scoped correctly, resourced appropriately, and delivered on time and on budget. You will serve as a key connector between clients, internal teams, and partners, helping keep projects organized, predictable, and moving forward.

This role works in close partnership with the Creative & Web Director, supporting project planning, resourcing, and delivery across the team. You will help translate strategic direction into executable plans while providing visibility into timelines, capacity, and project health.

• Lead projects end-to-end for the Creative and Web team, from contract through deliveryPartner closely with the Creative & Web Director to plan projects, allocate resources, and manage team capacitySupport the Creative & Web Director with visibility into project health, timelines, and risksManage client communications related to project timelines, milestones, and deliverablesAssist in scoping work, including timelines, resourcing, and level-of-effort estimatesCreate clear internal project briefs to guide project kickoffs and align the internal team on scope, goals, timelines, and responsibilitiesOwn and maintain all projects in Zoho Projects, ensuring accurate tracking and visibilityManage day-to-day task prioritization across active projectsSupport capacity planning by identifying resource constraints and helping adjust schedules as neededManage and prioritize web maintenance ticket trafficHelp lead internal project status meetings and standupsTriage new work and translate contracts into actionable project plansDevelop a strong understanding of internal processes, workflows, and quality standardsParticipate in website projects, including content migration coordination and quality assurance testingAssign work based on team roles, availability, and skill setsMonitor timelines, scope, and budgets to ensure successful deliveryIdentify project risks early and help develop mitigation plansSupport vendor and partner coordination for overflow or specialized workContribute to ongoing improvements in project management processes and tools

• 2 to 4 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency, creative studio, or web-focused environmentExperience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing prioritiesStrong communication skills and comfort working directly with clientsAbility to bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous workExperience working with cross-functional teams, including designers and developersFamiliarity with project management tools; experience with Zoho Projects is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
