Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creator & Influencer Program Management
  • - Manage end-to-end project plans for creator and influencer campaigns across multiple Gilead pharma brands.
  • - Develop and maintain master timelines, deliverable calendars, approval schedules, and launch trackers.
  • - Coordinate creator onboarding, briefing calls, content submission schedules, posting timelines, and campaign milestones.
  • - Ensure all deliverables remain on track and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Approval & Compliance Coordination
  • - Manage content review workflows across Gilead, agency partners, legal, regulatory, and PRC review teams.
  • - Track submission deadlines, approval status, revisions, and final sign-offs.
  • - Ensure all content and creator deliverables meet regulatory, disclosure, and compliance requirements.
  • - Coordinate feedback consolidation and facilitate timely revisions with partners and creators.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of project management experience within social, influencer, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage detailed workflows and timelines.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing programs and creator partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

  • - Experience working within highly regulated industries (Pharma, Healthcare, Financial Services, Government).
  • - Familiarity with PRC/legal review processes.
  • - Experience with creator platforms, influencer agencies, and social content workflows.
  • - Experience managing cross-functional agency teams.
  • - Knowledge of whitelisting and paid amplification workflows.
