Job Summary

Drive end-to-end client project management for The Cedar Group, from kickoff through reporting and debriefing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the client experience and leads all client projects from the initial brainstorming and research phase, straight through implementation or production, and on to debriefing and reporting.
  • Budget updates to client
  • Capacity analysis internally
  • Project entry into Monday.com software
  • Ensure a deep understanding of client requests and the business they come from
  • Billing and communication associated with client questions.
  • Oversight of scheduling appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Oversight of travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Writing copy as needed for client-based projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 5 years of proven experience in Project Management
  • Deep understanding of the Indigenous cultures, traditions and values
  • Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build connections and collaborations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
