Project Management Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to support project management teams in keeping tasks organized, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic learners with strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in maintaining project documents and tracking progress

✔ Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery

✔ Manage project records, schedules, and internal status updates

✔ Document meeting notes and issue project change orders

✔ Support task assignments using agency tools

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

✔ 0-2 years of project management or marketing experience (agency experience a plus)

✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
