The Role: Organization, Iteration, and Impact

We’re looking for a Project Design Manager who can bridge the gap between creative execution and seamless project management. This is a unique dual focus role: you will lead the design department’s traffic and project workflows, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, while actively rolling up your sleeves to handle production-based design iterations yourself.

You will be the engine that keeps our creative department running at peak efficiency, turning data-driven insights into high-impact, polished marketing assets for our dealer partners.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead the Traffic: Act as the primary project manager for the design department, establishing workflows, setting timelines, and keeping the team aligned and on schedule.

· Execute and Iterate: Jump into the design file yourself to handle high-volume, production-based design iterations, ensuring brand consistency across various templates and formats.

· Optimize the Process: Standardize design templates and asset management to make the creation of localized and data-driven marketing pieces fast and flawless.

· Collaborate and Translate: Work closely with account management and product teams to translate campaign data and strategy into clean, conversion-focused visual layouts.

· Enjoy the Ride: Contribute to a high-energy culture where wins are celebrated and your operational insights actually shape how the department grows.

Who You Are:

· An Organized Creative: You have 4+ years of experience in design, with a proven track record of managing project workflows, deadlines, and creative traffic.

· A Production Ninja: You excel at production-based design. You know how to take an existing concept and efficiently roll out variations, resizes, and iterations without losing attention to detail.

· Tech & Tool Fluent: You are highly proficient in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and project management platforms (Asana (Trello), Monday.com, or similar).

· Automotive or Agency Familiar: Ideally, you’ve worked in a fast-paced agency or automotive marketing environment and understand how to manage high-volume asset creation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
