Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
4–6 years of project management experience within a marketing agency or related environment
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with organization, accountability, and attention to detail
Proactively identifies challenges and implements practical solutions before issues escalate
Confident communicator who can effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Demonstrates growing leadership presence, accountability, and ownership of outcomes
Working knowledge of print production, vendor sourcing, promotional ordering, pricing evaluation, and logistics coordination
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively
