Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track multiple projects from kickoff through execution
Maintain and manage project timelines, calendars, and deliverables
Ensure clear communication between internal team members and partners
Organize files, assets, and documentation within Google Drive
Assist with scheduling, logistics planning, and inventory coordination
Follow up consistently to keep tasks on track and deadlines met
Support event preparation and, when available, assist on-site during events/activations

Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with project coordination or project management
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Clear communicator who is comfortable working with different personalities
Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bonus: Experience in events, experiential marketing, or production
