Responsibilities

• Possesses full proficiency to execute structured technical support or administrative work assignments effectively. Applies established procedures to solve problems, using judgment to deliver quality outcomes under moderate supervision. Limited flexibility to deviate from prescribed methods.
• Leads or coordinates projects and programs from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, resourcing, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery. Manages project progress, risks, and issues, and provides regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope, quality, reliability, timeline, and cost.
• Coordinates cross‑functional teams, resources, and, where applicable, suppliers or subcontractors, and monitors performance against plans. Identifies and recommends adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks, ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organisational objectives.
