Requirements

• MUST LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF Point Pleasant, NJ
• Production management skills, including experience in organizing shoots, managing budgets, and coordinating teams.
• Familiarity with video editing software and a basic understanding of post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in creating and executing social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities tailored for social media engagement.
• Analytical skills for tracking social media metrics and adapting strategies to improve performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear, effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creative and marketing teams.
• Some work-from-home flexibility is available
• Experience in marketing, media production, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related discipline preferred, but not required with equivalent experience.
