Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, shoots, and ongoing brand moments.
  • Translate creative direction into production-ready plans, including shot lists, schedules, and asset requirements.
  • Manage pre-production workflows: casting, locations, styling prep, product pulls, logistics, vendor coordination, and budgets.
  • Oversee on-set execution for all photo and video shoots to ensure the creative vision is delivered consistently and efficiently.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, and other partners to ensure output meets brand standards.
  • Assist with styling direction for shoots, ensuring each look aligns with brand identity and product priorities.
  • Help maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints, from social to e-commerce to campaign content.
  • Partner with merchandising to understand product stories, hero styles, and seasonal priorities.
  • Manage the post-production process, including selects, feedback rounds, color correction, retouching, and final delivery.
  • Ensure all assets are organized, labeled, archived, and distributed efficiently across marketing, e-commerce, social, and wholesale teams.
  • Track asset performance and help identify opportunities to improve future shoots and creative output.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing, e-commerce, brand, and product teams to understand content needs and deadlines.
  • Support the creative team with day-to-day asset creation, mood boards, decks, and ideation sessions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external production partners and agencies.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in production, creative operations, or a similar content-driven role.
  • Experience managing photo and video shoots, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Strong eye for design, styling, and brand consistency.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working on set and solving problems in real time.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday), and digital asset management platforms is a plus.
