Hello There Collective is a female-led creative agency based in Los Angeles, specializing in a 360-degree approach to brand building in the digital space. We work with brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle, delivering performance-driven influencer, content, and social media strategies.

We are hiring a full-time, salaried Production Assistant based in Los Angeles.

This is not a freelance, per-shoot PA role. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow inside a fast-moving creative agency and become a core part of our production team.

Role Overview

You’ll support our production team across shoots, content creation, and day-to-day logistics. This role is ideal for someone early in their production career who is hungry, reliable, and ready to learn quickly.

You will be hands-on. You will move fast. You will solve problems in real time.

What You’ll Do

On-Set Support

• Assist producers and directors during shoots
• Help with equipment setup and breakdown
• Manage talent check-in and light on-set coordination
• Run errands, coordinate crafty, manage call sheets
• Keep shoots running on time and organized

Pre-Production Support

• Assist with sourcing props, wardrobe, and materials
• Help prepare decks and production documents
• Coordinate basic vendor outreach and confirmations
• Support scheduling and logistics planning

Post-Shoot & Studio Support

• Help reset studio after shoots
• Organize gear and production supplies
• Assist with product organization and tracking
• Support file transfers and basic asset organization

Who You Are

• Extremely reliable — if you say you’ll handle it, it gets handled
• Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable being on your feet for long shoot days
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Interested in growing into a producer or senior production role long term
• Based in Los Angeles with flexibility for early mornings or long shoot days when needed

Experience in production, content, agency, or film environments is a plus — but mindset and work ethic matter more than résumé credits.
