Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Patient Outreach: Support the end-to-end patient communication process by partnering with business owners and communication ops teams to guide communications campaigns through intake, development, and launch.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze current communication workflows to identify bottlenecks, improve delivery rates, and optimize the patient experience.
  • Asset Management: Assist with design, development, and deployment of assets (emails, SMS, direct mail, forms, etc) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Operational Execution: Assist with day-to-day configuration and deployment tasks for outbound communication systems, ensuring all messaging aligns with Oak Street Health's operational standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze communication performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve patient experience and operational effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, clinical, marketing, and operations teams to support patient experience and communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in product operations, healthcare operations, marketing analysis, or a similar data-driven functional field.
  • A foundational understanding of (or eagerness to learn) workflow automation, communication platforms, or product operations frameworks in the communications space.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, Looker, SQL, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Passionate about improving the patient experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • US work authorization
