Job Summary

Own the market-facing execution for Bread Pay features by translating research into clear positioning and multi-channel go-to-market plans that shape product stories and drive adoption.

  • Lead cross-functional GTM and feature launches with product, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Develop messaging and value propositions aligned with market needs and competitive insights.
  • Uncover market opportunities through qualitative feedback and competitive sizing to guide prioritization and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to bring new features and products to market.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions in partnership with the B2B Marketing team, Product, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and gather qualitative feedback to understand retailer product and service evaluation.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape for market segmentation and opportunity sizing.
  • Collaborate on multi-channel GTM strategies and campaign messaging for new Bread Pay features.
  • Create compelling content for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years product marketing experience in a B2B startup, fintech, or SaaS environment; experience in B2B messaging and positioning; track record of executing GTM plans to drive product or feature adoption

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field of study
  • Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or fintech space
  • Demonstrated ability to build, launch and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies & campaigns that highlight key products and features
  • Proficiency in analyzing strategy & campaign performance, interpreting KPIs, and translating insights into product and marketing enhancements
  • Proven success coordinating and presenting cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to align GTM efforts with broader business and product goals
