Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and value propositions tailored to financial institution buyers and influencers.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead end-to-end product launches, including planning, execution, and measurement, to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and adoption.
  • Content Development: Create and manage marketing assets such as solution briefs, presentations, videos, blogs, and digital content for campaigns and events.
  • Sales Enablement: Deliver tools that empower Sales teams to effectively communicate product value and close deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and synthesize competitive insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform messaging and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing in a B2B model within fintech, financial services sector or as part of an enterprise business solution vendor in North America.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and financial technology trends.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and produce written content and providing design briefs to creative teams.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and market data to refine strategies.
  • Skilled at working in cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures.
