Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Linktree's business products, ensuring alignment with broader brand identity.
  • Develop and refine segment-specific narratives for SMB tools, Workspaces, and upcoming features, tailored to different customer types and use cases.
  • Build a compelling value proposition for Workspaces that resonates with multi-profile, multi-seat management buyers and users.
  • Identify key acquisition, upgrade, and expansion moments; craft messaging and in-product storytelling to maximize conversion and retention.
  • Partner with CRM and lifecycle marketing teams to design journeys that convert trial users into paying customers and encourage seat expansion.
  • Collaborate with data teams to analyze funnels, identify friction points, and optimize onboarding and engagement strategies.
  • Create educational assets such as guides, demos, and comparison sheets to facilitate customer understanding and decision-making.
  • Research and develop deep personas for business segments, informing product features, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market efforts for new product launches, including defining strategies, messaging, channels, and success metrics.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with significant exposure to B2B, SMB, or multi-seat/team-based products.
  • Proven success in leading go-to-market strategies for complex product launches and driving growth in acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Deep understanding of how businesses make purchasing decisions, including longer consideration cycles and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
  • Experience in building customer personas that inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex value propositions clearly and convincingly.

Preferred

  • Experience working in high-growth consumer or SMB platforms is highly desirable; enterprise experience is not required.
