Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies, collaborating with engineering, integrated marketing, and business planning teams.
  • Partner closely with engineering to understand product direction, influence feature prioritization, and ensure marketing plans align with product capabilities.
  • Define and communicate compelling value propositions, leveraging AI capabilities to drive user engagement and tell impactful stories
  • Lead outbound messaging development, partnering with copywriters to bring messaging to life.
  • Analyze user data and acquisition motions to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing tactics.
  • Utilize innovative digital marketing tactics to generate awareness, advocacy, and acquisition of new users, including building partnerships to amplify reach.
  • Support key feature releases and launch moments, with a focus on AI-powered experiences.
  • Design and execute tests and programs to drive growth, continuously seeking optimization and new opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and inform future strategy.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of marketing and/or product management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Experience defining and executing marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Proven track record of collaboration, influencing cross-functional teams, and communicating with executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated partnership with engineering teams to deliver product value.
