Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Own global GTM strategy; align cross-functional teams; Define target segments, applications, and customer personas; Develop value propositions and differentiated positioning; Lead commercialization for new product introductions
Drive Demand & Commercial Execution: Partner with marketing to execute campaigns and expand into new segments; Develop sales enablement tools and deliver training; Support launches, events, and customer engagement
Voice of Customer & Market Insights: Gather and translate Voice of Customer insights into actionable strategies; Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends; Identify growth opportunities in core and adjacent applications
Product Lifecycle Support: Support product lifecycle from launch through phase-out; Monitor product performance and adoption; Conduct win/loss analysis and support portfolio optimization; Identify portfolio gaps and expansion opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
6+ years of experience in product marketing, commercial, or business development roles within biotech, pharma, healthcare, or industrial sectors
Experience in cryogenic, biopreservation, or related technical markets preferred
Experience launching new products in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional and commercial team engagement
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and pricing analysis
Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
Willingness to travel 25–35%, including domestic and international
