Job Summary

Own the product marketing chain from market insight through MRD to pricing for key customer sites, with beta work and early engineering collaboration shaping the roadmap.

  • Market & stakeholder ownership: Market analysis, customer problem framing, product positioning, and pricing strategy.
  • Beta & collaboration: Drive beta evaluations with customers, field teams, and engineering to validate solutions.
  • Launch & adoption: Plan releases, site targeting, demos, and penetration strategies with BD and regional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing activities including market analysis opportunity and requirements, product positioning, forecasting, and pricing strategy
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their problems and drive product solutions.
  • Create the Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) by translating customer needs into technical specifications and guiding engineering teams
  • Collaborate closely with customers, business units, and engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of beta evaluations and early collaborations.
  • Manage new product releases by working with the field marketing manager to determine target customer sites, timing of product introductions, and demo support.
  • Develop marketing strategies for target customer sites
  • Collaborate with PMM, PLC, and BD teams to recommend pricing strategies for each customer site.
  • Identify new opportunities through marketing initiatives and understand CAPEX/WFE for target customer sites, analyzing and tracking BBP intensity.
  • Develop competitive strategies, forecast market trends, and create technical product presentations and introductions for key customers.
  • Formulate product penetration and adoption strategies for target accounts, working closely with business development and regional account teams.

Requirements

  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Preferred

  • Expertise in process technologies such as DRAM, NAND, and Logic, or proficiency in process control equipment
  • Expertise in wafer inspection technologies
  • Experience in semiconductor fabrication, specializing in yield enhancement, or layer/module ownership, or defect engineering
  • Experience with collaboration with cross-functional teams
