Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and optimizing onboarding and lifecycle programs across owned channels (i.e., email, push, in-product).
  • Direct experience developing winback or re-engagement strategies that drove measurable reactivation.
  • Experience with content strategy, including integration of UGC content and content development for social, lifecycle, or SEO/AEO channels.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms to oversee campaign execution, develop audience segmentation, and ideate new behavioral signals.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Must be comfortable analyzing campaign performance, extracting insights from data, and applying them to real-world execution and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience with, or strong enthusiasm for, applying AI solutions in growth marketing.

Preferred

  • Experience with paid acquisition or performance marketing teams is desirable.
