Job Summary

Lead go-to-market for a healthcare vertical, owning positioning, content, and enablement to drive pipeline.

  • Own the vertical GTM strategy from positioning to pipeline growth.
  • Must-have: 3+ years in product marketing with proven sales enablement in a high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Standout: Track record building materials that actually move deals in healthcare or complex buying groups.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the full go-to-market strategy for your vertical, from positioning and ICP to launch execution and pipeline growth. Develop a deep understanding of your buyers, the competitive landscape, and the market dynamics shaping your vertical
  • Build the sales tools and assets that reps rely on daily: pitch decks, demo scripts, battle cards, one-pagers, objection handlers, and competitive intelligence briefs. This means that you'll attend key sales meetings, understand where deals stall, and build the materials that unblock them.
  • Build content that converts: Develop a strategic content roadmap that moves healthcare decision-makers through the buyer journey, from educational thought leadership to product-specific conversion assets. You'll deeply understand the customer to capture proof points, case studies, and ROI narratives that fuel pipeline and expansion.
  • Lead go-to-market execution: Drive end-to-end product launches and feature releases, coordinating across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful market entry and adoption

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Deep sales enablement experience: you’ve built the decks, scripts, battle cards, and tools that sales teams actually use and that actually win deals
  • Strong background partnering with sales teams — you understand how deals are won and lost, and you build materials that change outcomes
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller, skilled at distilling complexity into compelling narratives for diverse personas from practitioners to the C-suite
  • Possess a deep curiosity about healthcare, with the ability to quickly learn complex domains like revenue cycle management, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance
  • Thrive in 0-to-1 environments, bringing structure to ambiguity and building processes that scale
  • Have a strategic mindset paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute tactically

Preferred

  • Have prior direct sales experience to give you an edge in building enablement that actually moves the needle
  • Have prior experience at an early-stage startup
  • Have experience selling to complex and technical buyer personas

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision and life insurance
  • Team dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best
  • Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative tech startup
  • Ongoing professional development and access to cutting-edge AI and healthcare tools
  • Lively in-person work culture at our SF Headquarters
