Job Summary

Own the GTM strategy and launch execution for buyer facing features, define adoption metrics, and drive cross-functional collaboration to boost feature adoption and retention.

  • Define and track adoption metrics for buyer-facing features.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Lifecycle Marketing to execute and optimize launch plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM strategy and launch execution for buyer-facing features (e.g., saved search, delivery preferences, customer preferences); define adoption metrics upfront and hold yourself accountable for delivering against them.
  • Propose a prioritized GTM plan for buyer-facing features, aligned to the broader product roadmap.
  • Develop a deep understanding of B-Stock's buyer segments — who they are, how they shop, and what drives repeat platform engagement.
  • Build and maintain buyer personas that go beyond demographics to capture behavioral patterns and feature usage; use these to sharpen both product positioning and campaign briefs.
  • Brief Lifecycle Marketing on feature launches with clear audience targeting rationale, key messages, and behavioral triggers, so execution through shared channels (including in-app messaging) is accurate.
  • Generate hypotheses about buyer behavior and feature adoption; use those hypotheses to structure a logical analytical approach and identify the data needed to validate or refute them.
  • Partner with Analytics to define shared measurement frameworks: align on definitions (e.g., what counts as 'activated' or 'engaged'), and build visibility into feature adoption metrics.
  • Demonstrate strong quantitative and qualitative judgment in decision-making — you can pull reports, interpret cohort analyses, and make evidence-based recommendations without waiting for someone else to run the numbers.
  • Track post-launch performance for every feature GTM; surface insights back to Product and Analytics with clear recommendations.
  • Attend sprint reviews and product forums; build trust with Product and Engineering partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, ideally in B2B marketplace, SaaS, or e-commerce
  • Track record of launching product features and driving measurable adoption — defining metrics, owning GTM, reporting on results
  • Strong data fluency — generating hypotheses, structuring analysis, making evidence-based decisions
  • Cross-functional experience with Product and Engineering in an agile environment; able to build trust and influence without formal authority
  • Experience briefing a lifecycle, CRM, or demand-gen team on product-driven campaigns
  • Excellent written communication — translating complex platform behavior into clear buyer-facing and internal messaging
  • High ownership orientation — proactively identifies problems rather than waiting to be directed

Preferred

  • Experience working directly with Analytics or Data teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Amplitude, Jira, Braze, or similar CRM/analytics platforms
  • Experience with landing page optimization or conversion rate experimentation
  • Exposure to SEO/AEO content strategy as it relates to product discovery
  • Background in marketplace businesses, recommerce, wholesale, or supply chain-adjacent industries

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation packages, including bonus and options
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • Paid Time Off, telecommuting, and matching 401(K)
  • Support for continuing education
  • Team offsites, social events, and extracurricular activities are a staple
  • Snacks, drinks, and the occasional box of donuts
