Job Summary

Own market-driven product strategy by turning AI and platform signals into actionable product messaging, launches, and ecosystem engagement.

  • Market Intelligence & Research: surface market trends, competitive moves, and customer pain points to guide product and GTM decisions.
  • Product Marketing Strategy: translate insights into positioning, messaging, and roadmap priorities to shape strategy and storytelling.
  • Execution & Ownership: lead product launches, campaigns, and user experiences that drive engagement and adoption.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence & Research: Become in-house expert on market trends, competitive moves, and signals in the AI and platform ecosystem.
  • Dive deep into customer pain points, challenges, and opportunities to surface actionable insights for product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by reading, synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Product Marketing Strategy: Guide product positioning, messaging, and roadmap priorities; translate market and customer insights into strategic direction and storytelling.
  • Bring fresh ideas to champion market-driven product strategy and execution.
  • Execution & Ownership: Drive product launches and campaigns; own product tours, demos, and experiences tied to engagement and adoption.
  • Analyst & Ecosystem Engagement: Manage relationships with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC); turn insights into strategies to elevate market position and conversations.

Requirements

  • Experienced in AI and platform technologies
  • Strong research skills and market intelligence expertise
  • Ability to translate insights into product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Skilled at balancing strategy with execution
  • Able to communicate with C-suite and work hands-on with platform tools
  • Adept at building relationships with analysts, customers, and internal stakeholders

Preferred

  • Storytelling abilities
  • Passion for understanding people and human behavior
  • Experience building relationships with analysts, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Analyst relations experience
  • Market signal detection and ability to forecast trends
