Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and manage product communications, partner communications, and related PLM deliverables for product launches, enhancements, changes, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Manage Owner’s Acknowledgement forms, including content drafting, ArcPro template development, updates, maintenance, and required revisions.
  • Coordinate product-related forms and application content updates to align with approved product positioning, disclosures, and customer/advisor-facing language.
  • Translate product strategy, features, rules, and positioning into accurate customer, advisor, operational, and technology-facing content in partnership with Product Line Managers.
  • Assess product change impacts across communications, documentation, forms, applications, disclosures, websites, statements, systems, and partner materials.
  • Track launch readiness activities, including communications, approvals, documentation updates, dependencies, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Manage communication-related workstreams for Product Line Managers by organizing deliverables, documenting decisions, and tracking dependencies.
  • Maintain consistent product terminology, naming conventions, and messaging across customer, advisor, operational, technology, and partner touchpoints.
  • Maintain governance reference materials for approved product names, terminology, messaging standards, and usage guidance.
  • Identify inconsistent, outdated, or unclear product language and coordinate updates to improve accuracy, clarity, and usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, product management, content governance, or a related business function.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear customer and advisor-facing language.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience collaborating across business units and functions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management tools, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional communication.

Preferred

  • Financial services, insurance, annuity, or investment industry experience.
  • Experience with regulated communication review and approval workflows involving Legal, Compliance, Advertising Review, or similar stakeholders.
  • Experience maintaining product communications, documentation inventories, content governance tools, or product management systems.
  • Experience applying technology solutions to streamline processes
