Job Summary
Own clinic operations and team leadership, guiding front-end financial work and overall practice growth.
- Operations Ownership: Directs all non-provider staff and coordinates front-end financial workflows.
- Growth & Networking: Markets clinic services and builds relationships with local providers and referral sources to drive growth.
- Team & Compliance: Oversees supervisory practices and alignment with business objectives in a health care setting.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provides general direction, coordination and supervision of all aspects of the operational and front-end financial operations of the clinic.
- Directly manages all clinic non-provider staff.
- Must market clinic services and network with local providers and referral sources to assist in facilitating practice growth.
Requirements
- Level III Bachelors degree in business or a health-related field required.
- Minimum of three years previous supervisory/management experience required.
- Five years of experience managing a medical practice and an associate's degree may substitute for the bachelors degree requirement.
Preferred
- Knowledge of epic software system preferred.
