Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and practice development initiatives that help grow the organization and improve the patient and referring-provider experience.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives in collaboration with our marketing company and outside vendors.
  • Support digital marketing, social media, website content, online reputation, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with physician referral and community outreach initiatives.
  • Create and update marketing materials, flyers, presentations, graphics, signage, and other visual communications .
  • Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining forms, templates, documents, and other materials used throughout the organization.
  • Support new office openings, organizational initiatives, special projects, and other growth-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, tracking tools, dashboards, and other resources to support decision-making.
  • Analyze data and identify trends and opportunities that can improve marketing performance, referral growth, and practice operations.
  • Assist with project coordination, budgets, vendor communication, and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, data analysis, and dashboards
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred

  • Healthcare or medical practice experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has the right combination of skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.
